Meeting the Needs of Expanding Markets
Metrocities Mortgage’s MetroAmerica Division was formed in 2002 to address the needs of “expanding markets” which have traditionally been overlooked by lenders. This unique division specializes primarily in addressing the needs of Spanish-speaking populations via a number of tools including mortgage programs such as stated income and Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) offerings to consumer education and community outreach activities.
The division is a member of the California Latino Homeownership Initiative, which is designed to educate real estate professionals on how to serve Latino home buyers and significantly expand homeownership opportunities for Latino families. |
